Our current portfolio consists of 44 buildings with a value of over €1 billion, focusing on Amsterdam. Our own in-house flex operator HNK has nine locations and serves as blueprint and incubator for new services for the wider NSI portfolio, solidifying our customer-first approach. In addition to Well House, we are currently developing Vitrum and recently sold the current Laanderpoort building as a construction-ready project to ING.
